REGISTRATION 2026

Registrations are now open for our 2026 rugby season. Registrations will be completed using the Rugby Xplorer (RX) system that NZR released last season.

Step One: Creating Your Profile in Rugby Xplorer

NOTE: if you registered last season you will already have a profile, which you can log into and go straight to Step Two.

You are now able to start the registration process by creating your rugby profile at Rugby Profile Portal 

Note: when you register, it may give you an option choose an account that already has your name and details (this is from the old Sporty programme). Please select the option to create a new account, as this option seems to work better.

Tip: Use an email address that you will still have access to through the season / If you are a parent & registering more than one child or yourself as coach, then look up how to link profile under a Parent profile / Remember your email & password!

Step Two : Registering to Prebbleton

Once you have created your Profile you will then be able to register with Prebbleton as either a Player, Coach or Team Manager.

Step Three: Player Subs

Players Subs for 2026 as follows:

• Seniors:  mens/womens   $250
• Teenage:  senior boys U18 / senior girls U18   $180
• Teenage:  junior boys yrs 9-11 / junior girls yrs 9-10   $150
• Juniors:  years 1-8 (incl Mon night)   $150 for one ($75 for each additional junior player within a family/household group (note below for payment))

Payment / part payment will be required at time of registration. If there is an issue with payment, then please reach out to Greg or Matt (details below) in the first instance, who can discuss alternative available payment options.

Note: If you are trying to register for the junior grade additional family member discount, can you please email secretary@prfc.co.nz with the details of your additional family members and email address, to enable a payment code to be activated for this discount.
