ELLESMERE UNDER 16 GIRLS RUGBY

All young ladies girls wishing to be involved in Ellesmere U16  team are welcome to join Prebbleton RFC in our "Intermediate Grade" pre-season skills coaching sessions on Wednesday nights 5-6pm. 

Sessions commence Wed 31^st Jan and run through until Wed 28^th Feb.  

INTRODUCTION TO RUGBY - PRIMARY SCHOOL GILRS

Also starting is our our Junior grade “Introduction to Rugby for Primary School Girls” programme, commencing Thurs 1^st Feb through to 22^nd Feb. 

Sessions are held in conjunction with Prebbleton Touch & will be run after the Junior Mixed Touch games at 4.40pm and 5.15pm.  The programme will start with rippa games and  tackling technique training, before moving in tackle game in the last session.
